Wall PhotosIn 1948 the SS Karanja was launched and for many years she and the SS Kampala would visit the Seychelles bringing good and products and as well Seychellois who had left the islands years earlier. By ship was the only was to visit the islands. Thanks to visionary leaders we later had our airport at Pte Larue many years later. Note: I sailed on Karanja when I was 3 years old. Coming from Durban with my mother.
